Comparison of PetMassage_™ Home Study Courses and PetMassage_™ Workshops

We want to be clear and authentic in our descriptions of how and what you will be able to use, the potential value for you and your dogs. Our PetMassage™ Home Study courses provide basic, easy to follow training for people who simply want to learn to massage their own dogs at home. And, they are some of the course preparation materials we provide our students who are preparing for our workshops.

Unfortunately, home study courses have the inherent disadvantage that they provide none of the absolutely necessary hands-on instruction. Courses with only books and DVDs cannot provide a level of instruction that is in any way equivalent to one-on-one experiences.

Although we can demonstrate how movements look and verbally describe how they should feel, remember that massage is, by its very definition, a hands-on skill. To learn PetMassage a student needs the immediate verbal and physical feedback that can only be achieved in a workshop or private lesson environment.
