The PetMassage™ WaterWork
This is a very specialized class that helps students develop PetMassage skills working in water with dogs.
Introduce yourself and your dogs to the dynamics, flexibility, and therapeutic value of PetMassage™ WaterWork.
PetMassage™ WaterWork teaches you to move in and be moved by warm water to expand beyond all your land-based spiritual connections.
PetMassage™ WaterWork is growing in popularity. If you have access to a swimming pool, you can practice PetMassage™ WaterWork. For several years we have been developing our WaterWork techniques within the structure of a two-day class for our advanced workshop graduates. PetMassage™ WaterWork contained so much information, so many thrilling and exhilarating experiences with dogs, and so many profoundly new inner awarenesses, that there was not enough time for students to process everything on site. So, we have lengthened the class.
Beginning in 2009, the PetMassage™ WaterWork class has a new format. The course is expanding from two, to five days. WaterWork is now thirty-five contact hours, and thirty-five NCBTMB CEUs for massage therapists. PetMassage™ WaterWork is now a complete course in itself. Part of the class is in the classroom, learning specific PetMassage™ aspects as applied in a water environment, basic anatomy and the interactive dynamics of bodies in water. The rest of the class is in the indoor heated pool, where PetMassage™ WaterWork techniques are learned and practiced.
PetMassage™ WaterWork uses a unique set of techniques and body mechanics that are just one small part of the "dry" PetMassage™ skill set. For this reason, we have dropped the prerequisite requirements for completing previous PetMassage™ workshops. This workshop is now open to people who have had considerable, minimal, or no experience in canine massage.
The course fee for this 5-day course is $1200.00 and the CEU value is 40.

NOTE: Prerequisites for the WaterWork Class have been dropped. We no longer require completions of the PetMassage™ Foundation and Advanced PetMassage™ for Dogs workshops.
This workshop is now open to people who have had minimal or no experience in canine massage.
