LACY (Pomeranian with severed Achilles tendon, hind end paralysis and diagnosed back pain)"Lacy is responding well to massage. We watch the tape and continue
to massage her almost every day. She hasn't had any relapses, when she
can't get up at all by herself...to relieve herself." From Fredericksburg, VA (Springer Spaniel)"Currently I have a very old Springer Spaniel who requires lots of care and limits my ability to travel, but one day I intend to enroll in your massage course. Thank you for your great instruction and for the obvious kind, gentle
treatment that shines from your videos."
"Dear Jonathan, Anastasia, Beth, Jacque & Oskar: "I'm so glad that I decided to attend the PetMassage workshop sooner than later - it was such an informative, exciting and affirming experience! "I'm working toward my practice massages,
and look forward to keeping in touch with y'all in the future!" BLITZER (Doberman with paralysis of neck and limbs, contracted legs and paws)"I believe in it. I know first hand that it works. Blitz is living proof. If massage hadn't worked he would have been put to sleep. He went from complete paralyzation back to being a normal dog!"--Beth P., Toledo BINKIE (Hyperactive Pomeranian!)" Binkie has always been aggressive with strangers. Since her massage therapy, she's stopped attacking the mailman and the UPS man and is even good around kids now!"Chrystal B., Orangeville, IL KORY (Bouvier with severe arthritis)" I used to spend about $100 a month in shots for Kory, but I wasn't seeing
much progress. After one massage I could see it helped out. Kory isn't cured
of arthritis, but he sure can walk better!" "Another plus are the continuing education hours to be applied
to my CEU requirements." Mr. Rudinger: Thank you! I did my
pet massages today and it went really well, except I did realize that I
needed one of your tables after all. So, I ordered one today. Doing it
on the ground the dog is less submissive and easily distracted. But,
they all seemed to love it, even though I got nipped at, and one of them
yelped in pain. They still came right back to me to continue the
massage on their own. All of the dogs kissed me after the massage and
these are dogs I did not even know. What a neat feeling to feel as if I
communicated with the dogs. "Some of the dogs I groom are nervous. I've always wished there were something I could do to calm them, it made me feel so bad to see them that way. Now that I've learned PetMassage™, well, I just want to thank you a lot." --Sharon P., Kingfisher, OK "The PetMasage course was very thorough and yet left room for individual technique.
It also gives credence to trusting one's own inner guidance and intuition." |
"I learned a lot during the week, much more than I had expected. Very well done. Beyond great. "I can't wait to get home and start working, using all the knowledge I received here. "Thank you for offering this opportunity to get into massage therapy and
hopefully become certified. It is very beneficial in complementing vet medicine." "Thank you for opening up a whole new area of study for me." TestimonialsOur Clients Love PetMassage™!
"Jonathan and Anastasia, I cannot thank you enough for introducing this world to me. I have finally found a career that not only am I proud to be doing, but the money ain't bad either!" "As a teacher & computer trainer for twenty years, I'm pretty
much a student with high expectations of an instructor. You not only know
your topics really well, but you have a kind and gentle way of offering
knowledge as fast as we can soak it up! Thank you for being a loving teacher
to your students. I sure learned alot and enjoyed every day." "I can't stop telling friends and clients at the animal clinic what a
wonderful gift we can give our animals through massage!!" Late last summer, I was researching different canine massage courses when I came upon the website of PetMassage. I was most impressed and decided that when I was ready to take the course time wise and money wise this would be the one. I have three sibling shepherd mixes, 2 boy and a girl, almost 3 years now, and a 6-year-old shepherd mix boy. They all play hard and quite often rough. I knew that eventually I would have to deal with some kind of injury and the sooner the injured one was healed and back into the pack play, the happier everybody, would be. In late September, my girl, Tillie was diagnosed with hip dysphasia and I ordered the home study course. I began working with her four times a week up until her surgery on 10/24. I wanted her body and muscles to be in top condition and to help relieve some of her muscle tightness not only for the bad hip, but also for the added burden to the other three good legs taking on the extra burden and her spine and neck being worked in a different way for the awkward gait from limping. Every day after her surgery, for almost 3 weeks, I worked on Tillie twice a day. For a few weeks she was massaged once a day and then I just worked on her on a weekly basis. Just one month after her surgery she was walking and running with her brothers just like she had before. The only thing wrong with her was her one leg was shaved. I still work on her once every couple of weeks. Her other hip will someday have to have the same procedure, but hopefully with massaged it will be far off in the future. One week after Tillie’s surgery, one of my co-workers had the same surgery done on her dog. It was several weeks before he would even bear weight on his leg. Dr. Alice one of my bosses, and I both believe the big difference between the two was massage and some simple physical rehab exercises that I did with Tillie. I have worked on all of my dogs because they play a lot and are very rough at times. They all love massage and I try to work on a different one each week. I also began working on the 2 cats. Spaz, the younger one at 17 years, has been the most receptive. He will allow brief sessions for me to work on his forelegs, chest and most of his spine. I was able to feel his vertebrae adjustments and it was very exciting.
"Dear Everyone at PetMassage, Thank you for your kindness! I was very comfortable and I had wonderful time in the course. In Osaka, I could make a contract with some of famous veterinaries. Now, I could have clients from them. I am really enjoying doing my new job. Than you for putting me in the new world!!" Dear Jonathan Rudinger, I would like to take this time to thank you for what you have done for me. After taking your 1st massage course, I had an awakening. I just feel like this, is finally my calling. I have trained in many fields. Registered Nurse Assistant, Relaxation Massage Practitioner and have ran many companies. But nothing is as self-gratifying as giving a Canine Massage. I just feel such a deep connection with the dogs it is really hard to explain. Since I was a little girl I have always wanted to be a veterinarian. I have always loved all animals. It seems like maybe in some other life I must have been one. They have always had a strong attraction to me, even dogs that were brought up so mean no other human could get within 5 feet of them. The sick, abandoned and neglected have always found their way into my path. Or I was put in theirs. Whatever the situation being, I have always nurtured them back to health. Now I have a deeper understanding of them. And I can look after them with more confidence and knowledge. I would honestly like to tell you that that was the best money I have spent on anything and I plan to further my education with you as soon as my financial situation is a little better. Someday I would like to take your workshop so I can be the best I can possibly be. I plan to implement everything I have learned so far into a practice of my own. And I will be one of the fortunate people who actually love what they do. And I will never seem like work. And my dogs Askagirl and Saint thank you for giving me the knowledge to give them an optimum quality of life. Simone Villeneuve Hi Jonathan, I wanted to let you know that I have been working on my aunts 9 year old beagle Odie every day now since returning home. He has very bad arthritis and can no longer jump on the couch, run, or even walk at that. He drags his hind legs. Well my aunt is in shock, I've been spending a lot of time working on his hind legs mostly, and I'm happy to report within 2 weeks he is already walking ALOT BETTER!! Its amazing I'm so happy! You can always hear him coming into the room because his nails drag on the floor and he makes clicking dragging noises, well he's no longer dragging them. She also told me the other day she went into her bedroom and he was on the bed. Its been the first time he hasn't cried to be let on the bed in over 4 years. She has 5 beagles Odie, Cheyenne, Woody, Dakota, and Snoopy, all of which are great dogs, but they don't like they paws touched or their nails cut, but i have no problem massaging their pads or working in between their toes. The first massage that I had given to Woody he melted into me and fell asleep and actually started to snore. It's just a wonderful feeling. Well I just wanted to let you in on some of my experiences. And I look forward to coming back for the advanced course and I would love to get into the water works class. --Shawna Sellarole Testimonials from Foundation workshopsJonathan, Just wanted to drop a quick line to thank you for one of the most wonderful weeks I've had in a long, long time. Not only did I learn a ton, but I feel PetMassage™ is one of my truths. It's a path I will follow. Your approach to massage for dogs is insightful, intuitive, sensitive, compassionate, yet very powerful... and all with a light, loving touch. You have truly touched my soul and opened up a path that I'm destined to follow. Thank you for making such a powerful difference in my life...and as a result a powerful difference to the many dogs that I will touch. Love and Light, Jacki W. A Letter From Marcy & Oujay... I can honestly say that, for me this course was akin to a Religious experience.
I have known for a while that this is what I should be doing, but I was not prepared for the wonderful experiences I had. The classroom atmosphere was quite conducive to learning. Also, my fellow classmates had a lot to do with setting the tone. They were friendly, loving, caring people who not only worked beautifully with the dogs, but with each other. They certainly brought a lot of knowledge and enthusiasm to the table. And, Jonathan was fabulous! As soon as his laid back demeanor surfaced, you could feel the apprehension in the room dissolve. What a joy to discover that the course was not going to send us off the deep edge with overload, but was actually going to make overload a fun experience! With the pressure off, we were free to be sponges and soak it all in, without worrying about having to parrot it all back on the last day. Jonathan is quite knowledgeable and imparts this knowledge in a succinct and easily understood manner. He is unassuming and funny a big plus in the teacher realm. If I had instructors like him in massage school, then learning would have been less stressful and more fun. Having the videos and books for review is invaluable. Plus, being able (and encouraged) to contact Jonathan post-workshop, with questions or just to bounce off ideas, is going the extra mile for your "grasshopper" My favorite memory was when Oujay and I had "a moment". Talk about bonding! We were exploring our dog’s muzzle. Upon pausing at the fulcrum, our eyes met and I swear we looked down into the very depths of our souls! What a moving experience! I brought tears to my eyes. It is a moment etched in my heart forever. Next to the above, I have to say the opportunity to work with Jacque on the last day was absolutely amazing. I could not believe that the original ball-o-energy actually quieted down during the session. Of all the confirmations ever to my way - that one signed, sealed and delivered it to me on a silver platter! Thank you for the "experience of experiences"! Marcy & Oujay Welch "Jonathan - it was great, "really great" and at a time and place here I needed it. I really enjoyed your integration of methods, your positive energy and knowledge that you freely shared with us. "Thanks for the 'opening' of a field that I 'knew' was there but needed your guidance to bring into focus. I appreciated the acknowledgement of 'all creatures' having an energy and communication force that we can tune into if we listen. This class brought back a lot of past beliefs that I forgot to be true - such as energy fields, Edgar Casey, etc. You have rekindled my passion for reading the old/new material. "As a T-Touch practitioner, in training, I was fascinated to learn that the work did not conflict with T-Touch, but is very much complementary. The course is informative and friendly nature and desire to ensure the information was received correctly." J.N.C., Dubai, United Arab Emirates |
